Recruitive selection

It is no longer up to companies to select the best and most suitable candidates: in a tight labour market it is the candidate who selects his or her ideal organisation. This means that a selection interview is also no longer the basis on which an organisation selects the best candidate. It is also the candidate who selects the company that best meets his or her requirements. More information

For this reason, selection interviews are taking on a more discussion based approach. This takes place without losing sight of the quality of the new employee.

This is why the needs of the candidate take centre stage in the Recruitment Selection course. These are linked to the USPs (Unique Selling Points) of the relevant job and of your organisation. Attention is also paid to selecting the right candidate by applying competency-based interviewing.
