As there is a growing demand for professional recruitment in the Netherlands as well as in Europe, the European Recruiting Institute has developed various top-quality training courses. These comprehensive courses consist of programmes at different levels that are specifically made for newly appointed recruiters, experienced professionals, recruitment managers and HR managers and directors.
The ERI pays specific attention to knowledge, insight and skills, with the ultimate goal being to provide guidelines for successful recruitment. ERI A, B and C
Collectively ERI A, B and C form a sound programme at higher professional education level for the modern, operational recruiter up to and including the strategic recruitment manager. The unique training structure links up with various officially recognised Bachelor and Master Degrees. The successful completion of ERI A, B or C also means that you will be given exemptions for some of these courses.
Each individual course is rounded off with a final assignment and leads to a certificate, issued by NCOI Trainingsgroep, which is an institute recognised by the Wet op het Hoger Onderwijs en Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek [Higher Education and Research Act] of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science.
