The ERI B course has been developed for experienced recruiters, who besides operational recruitment are or will also be responsible for recruitment projects and the planning and organisation of the recruitment. The programme is fully geared to providing you with all the knowledge you need to act as a professional advisor to management. You will get a solid theoretical base and will work on numerous cases and assignments to perfect your skills.
After following the ERI B course you will have the knowledge and the skills needed to handle recruitment in an effective and structured manner. You will be able to translate the objectives of the organisation into concrete recruitment plans, projects and solutions in order to achieve your goals. As a recruitment specialist you will act as a business partner to (HR) management, marketing & communications and your external suppliers.
The course is completed with the compilation of a recruitment plan for your organisation. This means that at the end of course you will have a concrete organisation plan which you can immediately put into practice., Also,, if you successfully complete the course, you will have an official ‘Post Bachelor Advanced Recruitment – ERI B’ certificate.
